Keller Imports turned us on the this unique salt that is a perfect blend of moist sea salt and two peppers from two countries - Pimenton Murcia from Spain (for smoky, sweet red pepper flavor) and AOC Piment d'Espelette hot pepper from Pays Basque, France, for a little heat. It is the perfect addition to a fruity olive oil as a marinade for fish, shrimp on the grill, or vegetables - we love it with corn on the cob!
