This savory blend of roasted pineapple, onion and mangoes is kicked up a notch with the addition of robust habanero peppers. Our favorite way to enjoy it is in a dip (recipe below) with crackers or wheat thins. You will also love it as a baste for chicken, pork or seafood.

ROASTED PINEAPPLE & HABANERO CHEESEBALL OR DIP
This easy dip is a crowd pleaser!!!
Ingredients:
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Roasted Pineapple Habanero Dip
- 4 to 6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation:
Blend all of the above with a hand mixer. Allowing it to be refrigerated for one hour prior to serving will enhance the flavor. Can be made up to 48 hours ahead. Serve with crackers or chips.
