NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
All non-perishable orders will be shipped via standard ground delivery service, unless rush delivery is requested. We ship our non-perishable packages every business day and make every attempt to ship your order as soon as it is received. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday. Because these items are fragile, they are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy gift boxes to ensure their safe arrival!

Shipping charges for non-perishable items are based on merchandise total, as follows:

SAUSAGE ORDERS
Because our sausage is not smoked or cured, it is highly perishable. Consequently, sausage is shipped frozen in its own insulated cooler via Federal Express or DHL Air Delivery for arrival within 1 to 2 business days. Orders containing sausage may only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Please note: The price of air delivery has been included in the price of your sausage. There are no additional charges for air delivery.
HAM ORDERS
Our hams are shipped frozen in reusable, insulated coolers and then placed in an gift box for further protection. Hams are shipped via UPS or Federal Express on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays for arrival by Friday.
Standard ground shipping charges are included in the price of your ham. However, due to climate and distance from Arkansas, shipments to certain states will require air delivery for an additional $24.95. Those states are: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, & Wyoming.
Shipping options to Alaska & Hawaii vary by carrier and delivery area. Please contact our Customer Service department at 877-426-4887 for detailed information regarding shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, including actual shipping charges and methods.
***We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide correct and complete street addresses at the time you place your order. Delivery services will not forward a package in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

We regret we are unable to ship to foreign countries other than Canada at this time.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid the holiday rush! We will begin shipping holiday orders the week of November 28th. You can place your orders as early as you like, and we will hold shipment until a date specified by you; however, please note that additional air charges may be required on packages shipped after December 12th to certain destinations in order to guarantee Christmas delivery. Remember, the early delivery of your gifts is often appreciated, as they are wonderful for holiday entertaining! SPECIAL REQUESTS
