Badia a Coltibuono Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted naturally and first cold pressed free of any type of heat or chemical treatment. Rich in antioxidants, it is highly resistant to rancidity and particularly long-lived. Golden yellow with strong green nuances, it tastes of typical fruitiness and rich olive flavor. The mild peppery sensation experienced at the back of the palate is characteristic of oil of low acidity produced from freshly picked early-harvested olives.
One of the most consistent Italian olive oils produced, it is ideal for finishing cooked dishes, drizzled on soups, in pasta, risotto, on raw vegetables, in salads and on country breads.
