With a rich fruitiness and a gorgeous amber color, Cattani organic white balsamic has all the flavor of traditional dark balsamic, but won't change a dish's natural look. Produced with sweet grape must derived from select organically grown grapes, the white balsamic's innovative slow fermentation process results in a fragrant vinegar suggestive of peach, nectarine and apricot. Fabulous in recipes that include fruit, vegetables, fish and white meats. Certified USDA organic.

Acetaia Cattani is a family owned and operated balsamic producer with their roots in Modena, Italy dating back to the early 19th century. They are a 4th generation family owned operation. Today, they continue to expand their wide range of selections. They have an unbridled passion for producing balsamic in the Modenese tradition, with sweet indigenous grapes from their own vineyard. Since 1980 they've opted for organic agriculture to guarantee the highest quality and selection for grapes. In 1993 they were the very first to bring certified organic Aceto Balsamico di Modena to the market.
