Refreshing, tangy & unique, Cucumber Shrub blends fresh cucumbers, cane sugar and vinegar into a traditional soft drink for use with our without spirits. We. of course, opt for the spirits. Cucumber martini? Blend 1 oz. Cucumber Shrub with 1 1/2 oz. gin or vodka, shake over ice, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice. For a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage, simply blend with sparkling water and pour over ice. In the kitchen, make a simple and flavorful salad of sliced cucumbers and onions, bathed with cucumber shrub!
