Hot Sauce Trinity
Queen Majesty Hot Sauce is handmade in Brooklyn, New York, using carefully-selected ingredients that are mostly organic and local. These award-winning and all-natural recipes perfectly balance original flavors with satisfying heat.
The Hot Sauce Trinity is a great gift for any hot sauce lover, or can be the perfect way to find out which Queen Majesty hot sauce you like the best! Each gift box contains a 2 oz. bottle of each of the following flavors:
- Queen Majesty Jalapeño Tequila & Lime Hot Sauce balances a refreshing flavor with a satisfying heat. This original recipe is based on 3 of our favorite things: jalapeños, tequila and limes. What a combo! They've also added Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and a little green apple as some complimentary sweetness to the lime juice. This sauce has a good dose of garlic and it works perfectly on everything from grilled seafood to egg sandwiches. You can even make a "lazy guacamole" by adding some to mashed avocado, then serve with chips or put on a taco!
- Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat. This original recipe is loosely based on a Jamaican jerk recipe. The brightness of the ginger and lime also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favorite dishes.
- Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This is the hottest recipe of the three, using more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in the Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. The RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but does include 3 types of vinegar: dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and some pure balsamic vinegar for extra depth of flavor. The subtle coffee flavor adds a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add to the perfect falafel sandwich. Our preference is to put it on everything.
