We love Rosemary & Olive Oil Sourdough Flatbread with antipasti trays that include roasted red peppers, grilled eggplant, prosciutto, salami, and marinated cannellini beans. Serve with lightly salted nuts and an olive mix at cocktail hour. Cheese pairings include Creamy Ricotta, Asiago, or Teleme.

Josh Harris and Carol LeValley founded their Rustic Bakery in 2005, after being asked by the brilliant cheesemakers at Cowgirl Creamer to bake a cracker to compliment their cheeses. Josh and Carol created a signature line of handmade flatbread crackers using only the best organic grains and seeds.

Rustic Bakery's Handmade Sourdough Flatbreads were an immediate success! It wasn't long before Rustic Bakery expanded into breads, then full bakery-cafes in California's Marin County, just over the Golden Gate Bridge. Through it all, the Rustic Bakery premise has remained simple: artisan loaves and pastries, fresh from the oven daily.
