Small batches of lush, ripe Italian tomatoes are lightly pureed and blended with extra virgin olive oil and the highest quality puttanesca ingredients - olives, capers, Italian pine nuts, and raisins - to make Casina Rossa's Puttanesca Sugo al Pomodoro (traditional red pasta sauce).

Truly a restaurant quality sauce, it works well on pasta, pizza, grilled meats and seafood.
