Oshra Tishbi has created a masterpiece from award-winning vintage cabernet from the Tishbi Winery, founded in Israel in 1882. Her Cabernet Wine Jelly is rich and concentrated, with the aroma of plum, raspberries, cassis and forest berries. A perfect pairing for cheese, and an excellent accompaniment to roasted beef tenderloin, prime rib, or lamb.

Oshra Tishbi has created an exceptional selection of wine and fruit preserves made with extraordinary wines from her family's estate in the town of Shefeya, in Israel.

In 1882, Michael and Malka Chamiletzki first set foot upon the land of Zichron Yaacov, after emigrating from Lithuania. He was chosen by Baron Edmund de Rothschild to plant and develop vineyards in the area. The family settled in nearby Shefeya, which is today surrounded by numerous vineyards, and began to cultivate the earth. And thus began the close and harmonious bond between the family and the earth and vineyards they planted and nurtured. In 1925, the family hosted the famous poet, Chaim Nachman Bialik. In honor of their warm hospitality, the poet proposed a new, Hebrew family name: "Tishbi" – an acronym standing for "a resident of Shefeya in Israel".

Oshra 's family has spent their entire lives on the family estate, tending to the vineyards. At the beginning of the 80s, the wine industry underwent a severe crisis and the price of grapes dropped drastically. As a result of the crisis, Oshra's father decided to open a small winery of his own. At first, the winery was named "Baron Wine cellars", after the Baron de Rothschild, and was later changed to "Tishbi".

Oshra travelled the world extensively and then decided to open up the global market to her family's winery, establishing a café and wine store in Zichron Yaacov and creating a line of gourmet food products: "Fine Foods by Oshra Tishbi".

Each of Oshra Tishbi's preserves are skillfully cooked in small batches to ensure the finest quality product. The unique process delivers a completely natural, fruity and flavorful, less sugared, reduced calorie preserve. Each is made from only the finest fruit and Tishbi family Estate Wines.
