Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. silver tequila
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Rosemary Shrub
  • 3/4 oz. Herb Syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Shake with ice
  2. Pour onto fresh ice in a rocks glass
  3. Garnish with rosemary rimming salt (process kosher salt and rosemary in a food processor)
  4. Spear a piece of cubed pinapple, marinated in white wine vineger) on a rosemary branch, and place atop glass.
