Lemon Garlic Slow Cooker Seasoning

Taste how good (and fast) healthy can be! For a delicious lemony garlic meal prepped in less than 5 minutes, simply add one chopped onion, your protein of choice (recommended with chicken or pork), and chopped carrots. Slow cook for about 4 hours on low or two hours on high for boneless skinless breasts, longer cook time for bone in meat or thighs. Finish after cooking with the juice from one lemon. If desired, easily add 2 cups of frozen broccoli or green beans 30 minutes before it's done, or experiment with adding fresh spinach, and you have a one-pot meal that your whole family will love.
