- Jalapeño Tequila & Lime Hot Sauce balances refreshing flavor with a satisfying heat. The original recipe is based on 3 of our favorite flavors: jalapeños, tequila and limes. What a combo! Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is added, too, and a little green apple to add complimentary sweetness to the lime juice. This sauce has a good dose of garlic and it works nicely with grilled seafood. You can make a lazy guacamole by adding some to mashed avocado.
- Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat from a loosely based Jamaican jerk recipe. The brightness of the ginger and lime work to spice up soups and curries, and mix well with honey to brush on sweet potatoes or wings. This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost anything that requires a kick.
- Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines exciting flavor with a sensational heat. This is the hottest recipe of the three. The RHBC sauce features 3 types of vinegar: dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and pure balsamic for extra depth of flavor. The coffee adds a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intensity of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with big food like chilis, stews and pizza.
