Masters of the Grill will love the big and bold, sweet and tangy, subtle and savory, and moderately spicy flavor of Bronco Bob's Smoked Bacon Chipotle Sauce. This tomato based sauce has a smoky, bacon-y edge, and complements grilled chicken, pork or beef. It adds rich flavor to baked beans and makes a savory dip for grilled shrimp!

The Bronco Bob's line of specialty foods is produced by the same family that makes Lady Walton's Cookies - a family-owned and operated business, dedicated to making delicious foods that are literally "like mother used to make".

Sisters Susan and Mary Alizon Walton spent their childhood holidays in the family kitchen helping their mother prepare the Walton family's traditional holiday treat - called a Stroopwafel....a Dutch cookie made with all butter and a caramel filling.

The Walton holiday tradition continued in the sisters' own kitchens for years until 1988, when, to satisfy the ever-increasing demand for family neighbors, friends, and friends-of-friends, Susan and Mary Alizon decided to manufacture these beloved holiday treats all year long. However, they added their own twist: the caramel filling was replaced with seven different chocolate flavors.

The company, named for the Walton's mother, became an instant success.

In 1994, the company introduced Bronco Bob's Specialty Foods, named for Susan and Mary Alizon's father, Dr. Robert Walton. Bronco Bob's offers a line of Southwest-themed treats that include their famous Bronco Bob's Chipotle Sauces. Bronco Bob's sauces continue to dominate the "Scovie" Awards, the most prestigious awards competition in the fiery-food and barbeque industry.
