The olive oil from the Titone farm is the product of the family's devotion to sustainable, traditional farming methods and organic tending of the land. The olives are harvested entirely by hand and pressed within hours.

This extra virgin olive oil is pure perfection, well-rounded with many aromas: green grass, tomato leaf, and artichoke. The taste is brilliant—decidedly herbaceous, with notes of arugula and bright green tomato. Peppery and bitter—screaming of polyphenols—it lingers from the lips to the back of the palate.

An excellent finishing oil, we recommend pouring liberally over blanched vegetables sprinkled with crunchy sea salt, or use as a beautiful base for fresh herb-based sauces like chimicurri or salsa verde.
