Joe & MariElena Raya, the husband and wife team behind Charleston's Bittermilk, is changing the way we think about cocktail mixers. Keeping it fresh and keeping it simple, Bittermilk mixers are based on premium ingredients and convenience , helping you transform your home liquor cabinet into a craft cocktail bar.

Bittermilk's Tom Collins with Elderflower & Hops is bright and refreshing, with vibrant lychee notes and a clean bitter finish. Build equal parts No.2 and Gin or Vodka in a glass with lots of ice & top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of cucumber. A long, cool cocktail!
Organic lemon juice, Water, Organic cane sugar, Natural extract of elderflower and elderberry, Centennial hops

With deep roots in the restaurant and bar industry, husband and wife team Joe and MariElena Raya, the creative forces behind Charleston's destination cocktail spot The Gin Joint, sought out to simplify the process of making craft cocktails at home. With Bittermilk, they've succeeded. These are cocktail mixers you'll actually want to use.

Bittermilk sources only all natural, organic, and unique ingredients. Each compound uses a bittering agent, a sweetener, and an acid. While playing off classic cocktails, they add complimenting botanicals and aromatics to brighten flavor and add special characteristics to each bottle. They use creative techniques to maximize flavor including roasting, burning, smoking, barrel aging, percolating and macerating.
