• 2 - 15.5 ounce cans of black beans
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Wasabi Ginger Sauce
  • 1/4  cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Rinse and drain the cans of black beans.
  2. In a medium size-serving bowl combine the beans, bell pepper, scallions, Wasabi Ginger Sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. Toss and serve at room temperature.
