• 2 ounce Rye
  • 3/4 ounce Boiled Cider
  •  Lemon Peel
  • 2 Drops Clove Infused Bitters
  •  Splash Saratoga Spring Water or Club Soda
  •  Cinnamon Stick


Fill a tall glass or pitcher with ice cubes and add the rye and boiled cider, stirring until well chilled. Rim a cocktail glass with the lemon peel, drop it in, and fill the glass with fresh ice cubes. Strain the rye-cider mixture into your drinking glass, add the bitters, and top with a splash of sparkling water. Give the whole thing a whirl with the cinnamon stick and serve.
