If you are not happy with any product, or experience any problem with shipping or service, please notify us immediately in order that we can make it right.

Please note that, while we take every precaution to pack your order with care, occasionally damage can occur during shipping. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged package or product so that we may follow up with our shipper.

UPS & FedEx will routinely deliver packages without requiring a customer signature. If you have any concerns about delivery, please let us know at the time you place your order. We cannot be responsible for packages damaged or stolen after delivery has been made.

We regret that we are unable to make a refund in the event an item is not to your liking. We encourage you to ask questions before you make a purchase! Our knowledgeable staff is here to assist you in selecting products you will love!
