Since 2010, Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor, both with a background in woodworking and boat making, have brought a carpenter's attention to detail to their hand-crafted sweets, working tirelessly to reinvent the chocolate experience. In their small Eureka, California factory, they turn raw cacao in to an end product that is truly extraordinary. Sourcing the finest fair-trade beans from around the world, the entire chocolate making process is performed in house. This is craft chocolate at its' finest.
