Praline Mustard? Really? Absolutely! This delicious combination of flavors including brown sugar, mustard, pecans and spices delivers a crowning touch when glazing ham, chicken or salmon. It offers a perfect, sweet syrupy glaze for carrots, and is fabulous drizzled over a baked sweet potato. As an appetizer, we love it served over cream or Brie cheese with crackers.

Savannah is home to Dr. Pete's, creators of delicious sauces, marinades and salad dressings, and the famous Praline Mustard Glaze.

Dr. T.A. Peterson, know as Dr. Pete to his patients, was often seen with his black leather Dr.'s bag in hand, entering homes around Savannah, to check on a broken bone, to give a shot, or administer a friendly dose of good conversation.

As much as Dr. Pete loved the practice of medicine, he equally loved the art of cooking, and spent many joyous hours creating and preparing wonderful dishes and sauces for family & friends. In 1985 his daughter and son-in-law, Joel and Jan Coffee, began bottling some of his recipes and selling them to the public under the Dr. Pete's label. Savannahians have enjoyed Dr. Pete's specialties for years, and you can, too!
