  • In a small saucepan, combine jelly and garlic over medium heat. Smash the jelly with a fork and stir until melted and bubbly.
  • Place chicken on a wire rack over a lined pan; season with salt and pepper. Broil chicken wings until just golden, turning often. When the wings are cooked through, beginning basting them with the warmed beer jelly. Allow the jelly to bubble and caramelize. Continue flipping and basting with jelly until sufficiently charred. Serve warm.
