FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
No, there's no minimum and no maximum. We put the same care into a single thank-you gift as we do a 500-piece holiday program. Gifts are available from $30 to $300+, and we're happy to work within any budget.
Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Our catalog includes gluten-free, nut-free, and vegetarian-friendly options, and we can curate around almost any restriction. Just let us know when you reach out and we'll build your gift accordingly.
Do you offer custom branded products?
We don't stamp logos directly onto food products, but we bring your brand to life in every other detail. We coordinate ribbon in your signature colors, feature your company logo on our handwritten gift cards, and can include your business cards, promotional inserts, or other branded materials right inside the gift. The result feels personal and on-brand without the long lead times of custom-manufactured goods.
How far in advance should I order?
For most orders, two to three weeks of lead time is ideal. During the holiday season (November–December), we recommend reaching out by early October to lock in product availability and shipping dates. Last-minute requests? Call us and we'll do our best to make it work.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Whether you're sending five gifts to five offices or two hundred to individual homes across the country, we handle the logistics for you. Just provide your recipient list and desired delivery dates and we'll take care of the rest.
Do your gifts include alcohol?
Our gifts do not contain alcohol. Our cocktail kits include premium mixers, bitters, syrups, garnishes, and glassware — everything your recipients need to craft a perfect cocktail with their favorite spirit. This also makes our gifts office-friendly and easy to ship nationwide.
What if a product is out of stock?
We'll never send a gift that doesn't meet our standards. If an item becomes unavailable, we'll reach out with a comparable substitution at the same quality and price point for your approval before anything ships.
Can I reorder the same gift next year?
Yes. We keep records of past corporate orders, making reorders simple. Many of our clients set up recurring gifting programs for holidays, client anniversaries, or employee milestones. Just let us know and we'll reach out proactively when it's time to plan.
