Delivery
Standard shipping is provided via UPS Ground or USPS. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping times and rates vary—our Customer Care team will be delighted to provide details at 877.426.4887.
Please note that we are unable to ship to APO addresses. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking details and your designated carrier.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate street address, including suite or apartment numbers if applicable, as shipping companies are unable to forward packages once in transit. Should you wish to reroute an order already in shipment, the cost of re-shipping will apply.
Perishable Items
We ship perishable items on Monday and Tuesday for arrival Wednesday through Friday. Dependent on climate and distance, shipments of perishable items to certain states may require expedited delivery.
Shipping Restrictions May Apply
The above icon is displayed with products that require special shipping care. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition during warm weather—typically April 15 through October 15—or when shipping to a hot destination, express air delivery is required. When estimating transit times, please exclude the shipping date and weekends. Orders for heat-sensitive items placed after 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Expedited Delivery
Expedited delivery options include UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days, so please allow time for your order to reach its' destination on the expedited date you prefer. (e.g., orders placed on Thursday choosing a 2-day delivery option will arrive on Monday at the earliest).

Delivery Surcharges
Items that require special packaging (perishables) are more costly to ship. Any additional surcharges will appear during the checkout process prior to placing your order.
Back orders
If an item is in high demand and not available at the time your order is placed, we will notify you by phone or email to let you know when to expect your order.
Signature not required
We authorize our carriers to release your package at the recipient's address without a signature. That way the recipient doesn't have to be home to accept the order.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped from or to Arkansas.
Saturday & Sunday Shipments
Sorry, we don't ship on weekends. We ship Monday through Friday. If you place your order after 12 p.m. CST on Friday we will ship your order on Monday.
International Shipping
We send packages from The Savory Pantry to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We regret we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Gift Orders
We love sending gifts! We will be happy to include a hand written greeting or your own business card in your gift packages.
Holiday Delivery
We recommend placing your holiday orders as early as possible to ensure the best selection of product and avoid the holiday rush! You will be given an opportunity to ship your order at a future date of your choosing during checkout.
