Follow with a pasta course of fusilli col buco — long, corkscrew noodles— drenched in a handmade made tomato sauce enriched with fresh, hand-cut eggplant and bright, fresh basil. Artisan tradition follows through to dessert: a silken hazelnut and cocoa spread with EVOO, made crunchy with Gilda's Biscotti — delightfully crisp and full of authentic flavor.
