A fifth-generation family company rooted in northwestern Crete,  Biolea has been built on the principles of self-reliance, innovation, and environmental stewardship.  Committed to preserving tradition while advancing sustainability, the company powers its operations using extracted olive pomace as fuel for a steam generator—closing the loop on production waste and reducing their environmental impact.

Lemonio is not an infused oil. Koroneiki olives harvested from the Astrikas estate groves are stone milled and cold pressed with locally grown lemons. This exceptional oil bursts with bright lemon zest and delivers a lingering aftertaste of freshly crushed lemons. Perfect for drizzling on seafood, grilled lamb, and fresh vegetables. It excels in creating vibrant lemon-based dressings and marinades.
