This seasonal offering from our friends at Crude Bitters is a perfect concoction of stone fruit silkiness from cherry with sharp bitterness and a dark spice bite from clove and cinnamon. A drop or two enhances any classic Old Fashioned or Manhattan, but don't be afraid to experiment. A couple of dashes in a flaming Cherries Jubilee or in a pan sauce for roasted pork adds a hint of exotic flavor.
