Cuadrat Valley is a family-run olive oil estate in Les Garrigues, Catalonia, born from a moving story of resilience and return. Eighty years after the Spanish Civil War forced the Cuadrat family from their ancestral olive groves, granddaughter Evelyne and her family reclaimed the dream. Together, they built a 90-hectare sustainable grove and cutting-edge mill where they produce premium extra virgin olive oil with the coveted Les Garrigues Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), the very first PDO established for olive oil in Spain.

Cuadrat Valley's Elixir Despinyolada is a rare masterpiece in the world of estate olive oil. While most traditional oils are pressed from whole fruits, this exceptional extra virgin olive oil is crafted using a meticulous, highly uncommon "pitted" method. By removing the pits before production, Cuadrat Valley preserves the absolute purest aromas and flavors of the delicate Arbequina olive, resulting in a dynamic profile that stands entirely in a class of its own.
