The Doucet Confiseur, founded in 1969 by François and Maggy Doucet, is a family-run confectioner located in Val de Durance, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Surrounded by orchards in a climate ideal for fruit production, this small company benefits from abundant supplies of the best local fruits and nuts. More than 70% of the fruit they use is harvested at full maturity in Provence and neighboring regions. The confiseur, which has stayed remarkably true to its roots over time, is currently run by the Doucet's grandson.
