Gilda Doganiero, a former pastry chef at the Four Seasons, believes in tradition. She adheres to centuries-old methods in the creation of her delectable biscotti. Made from the most wholesome ingredients, including eggs from her own backyard flock of hens, Gilda's small batch production ensures the finest, freshest, most authentic biscotti possible.
