Grown by over 100 smallholder farmers across the hills of Idukki in southwestern India.  A labor of love, each farm grows just a few precious vines to add value to their coconut, coffee, and black pepper crops. Prized for their rich and complex flavor profile. Use in baked goods, sauces, marinades, and beverages, or craft homemade vanilla extract.
