Oro di Milas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a distinguished monovarietal oil produced in the historic Milas region along Turkey's Aegean coast. Made exclusively from Memecik olives grown in Muğla province, the fruit is hand-harvested from four orchards spanning more than 500 acres and cold-pressed within 6–8 hours at a family-owned, state-of-the-art Mori-Tem mill—widely respected in the olive oil world. The Memecik variety, known for its large fruit and exceptional oil yield, produces an oil of remarkable complexity and balance.
The oil opens with vibrant aromas of green olives and freshly cut grass. On the palate, notes of green tomato leaf and green almond unfold with a pleasing bitterness and a lively peppery finish, reflecting its naturally high phenol content. Fresh, expressive, and beautifully structured, Oro di Milas is excellent drizzled over poultry, fish, salads, and pasta, where its bright character truly shines.
