Bittermilk's Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour Mix nears perfection when it comes to cocktail mixers. An intriguing blend of tart and smoky, the mix combines organic lemon juice, bourbon barrel smoked organic honey, organic cane sugar, and orange oleo saccharum - a combination of organic orange peel and organic cane sugar - that adds just the right amount of bitterness to counteract the honey's sweet. Simply shake equal parts of Bittermilk 3 and whiskey (we prefer Woodford Reserve or Maker's Mark) with a generous amount of ice, and drink. It's not needed, but a squeeze of fresh lemon juice is a bright complement. Garnish with a lemon twist!
