It is here that Justin Rashid, founder of American Spoon Foods, produces his famous Sour Cherry Preserves. Loaded with Montmorency Cherries, the preserve has a deep red color and brightly tart flavor, making it a great choice for cookies, tarts, cheesecakes, breakfast breads and more.
