From a small Vermont family farm dating back to the 1700s, Willis Wood magically captures the intense, robust flavor of just-picked apples in his Boiled Cider. Fresh apple cider is reduced to 1/7th of its original volume, providing intensity and depth of flavor. Often called "apple molasses," this is a versatile syrup you'll enjoy experimenting with in the kitchen and at the bar.

I have a recipe for New England boiled dinner (ham/carrot/celery/potato/onion and cabbage crock pot meal) that called for 1 cup apple cider. Instead I used 1/2 cup of your boiled cider and it was the best version we've ever had!
What a difference this made to my Apple pie flavor! I don’t think I’ll ever bake another one without boiled cider. Heard about it on King Arthur Flour, but found it on this site for substantially cheaper price
Your boiled cider is excellent for my apple pie. I'm so addicted to it now. Keep up the great job😍
Boiled apple cider is a special ingredient in my apple pie. I won’t make one without it. It also allows me to reduce the sugar content, yet it tastes sweet and delicious all the time.
Wonderful, true apple taste!
