Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drizzle 5 or 6 raw garlic heads with olive oil and sprinkle with Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt. Place in a shallow dish (a terra cotta bowl works great, but anything oven safe will work) and place in oven until soft (approximately 20 minutes). Let cool, slice in half and squeeze out contents. Use as an ingredient or serve with fresh baguette.
