Savory Brie Bites with Spicy Plum Chutney
- small wheel of Brie cheese
- Sable & Rosenfeld Miniature Pastry Shells
- Virginia Chutney Co. Spicy Plum Chutney
- fresh rosemary, for garnish
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Cut brie into pieces, approximately 1" square.Place brie in pastry shells and arrange on baking sheet.
- Heat shells in oven until brie is melted.
- Remove from oven and top each shell with 1/2 tsp. Spicy Plum Chutney.
- Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
