•  ROOTZ Pineapple BBQ Sauce
  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup onion, pureed
  • 1/2 cup mushroom, pureed


  1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, spices, pureed onions and mushrooms (give a quick pulse in a food processor). Using your hands, blend the ingredients together. Finally, add the egg and mix until well combined.
  2. Using your hands, form mixture into approximately 30 meatballs (approximately 1 inch in diameter).
  3. Place the meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or until cooked through). Lighly coat with ROOTZ Pineapple BBQ Sauce halfway through cooking, and at the end, and then ready to serve!
