Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 2 oz. seltzer
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. Hudson Standard Cucumber Mint Switchel
  • 2 tsp. raw cane sugar
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  •  Mint sprig (optional for garnish)
  •  Ice

Directions:

Muddle 8 mint leaves in a shaker. Add ice and all ingredients (except seltzer) and shake well. Pour into an ice-filled glass, top with seltzer and stir with sprig of mint.
