• 3 oz. Gruyére
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons American Spoon Apple & Onion Jam
  • 2 slices whole grain bread


Heat skillet to medium heat. Butter the outside of both pieces of bread. Place one slice in the pan, buttered side down. Add ingredients onto the bread, closing the sandwich with the remaining piece. Cook on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted to desired consistency.
