  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of your preferred cheese
  •  New Enlgand Cranberry Pepper Jelly


  • Butter 2 slices of bread and heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Buid your sandwich in the skillet, layering cheese and chutney between the cread slices.
  • Heat low and slow, checking the underside of the bread periodically. Once the bread is toasted to your liking, flip the sandwich and toast the other side.
  • Once the sandwhich is done toasting, allow to set for a couple of minutes before slicing in half.
