Grown Up Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of your preferred cheese
- New Enlgand Cranberry Pepper Jelly
- Butter 2 slices of bread and heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Buid your sandwich in the skillet, layering cheese and chutney between the cread slices.
- Heat low and slow, checking the underside of the bread periodically. Once the bread is toasted to your liking, flip the sandwich and toast the other side.
- Once the sandwhich is done toasting, allow to set for a couple of minutes before slicing in half.
