• 1.5 oz. Gold Rum
  • 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 3 dashes Crude Cherry, Clove & Cinnamon Bitters


This one was invented for us by Brendan Dillon, owner of Hamlet & Ghost, one of Saratoga Springs' finest cocktail bars and restaurants. It's a perfect holiday season warmer, spiced with pear, cherry, cinnamon and cloves. Cheers!

Add ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
