• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 TBSP. red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dashfire Vintage Orange No. 1 Barrel Aged Bitters
  •  sea salt & freshly ground pepper


For a refreshing winter salad, toss mixed greens with toasted hazelnuts, thinly sliced fennel, tangerine slices, and chopped parsley. Serve with Orange Bitters Vinaigrette.

Orange Bitters Vinaigrette

Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. The vinaigrette will keep, refrigerated, in a sealed jar for several months. Just bring it to room temperature before using.
