• 1 tsp. Liber & Co. Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 2-3 dashes King Floyd Cardamom Bitters
  • 8 ounces ginger beer
  •  club soda (optional)


Bold and nutty, this alcohol-light cocktail uses flavored bitters to balance sweet almond syrup and spicy ginger beer. Fill a glass with ice, pour the almond Orgeat Syrup over, add the bitters, and fill half way with ginger beer. Give it a stir and taste. If you like it sweet continue filling with ginger beer. If you prefer it less so, finish off with club soda instead. Serve with a straw, umbrella optional.
