  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.
