Riffing on Meehan's Manhattan

We use Meehan's Bartender Manual as our cocktail bible. No home bar should be without it. And when a new bottle of bitters comes to town, we like to riff. Here, our current favorite take on the classic.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounce Bourbon
- 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Crude Attanwanhood Bitters
- Luxardo Cherries for garnish
Directions:
- Stir with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with cherries on a pick.
