Praline Sweet Potato Casserole
- 6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoon Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients in bowl with electric mixer.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- During last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking, drizzle with additional Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze
- Serves 6 to 8
