It is here that Lydia and Robb Turner pursue their passions for creating recipes and preparing and enjoying foods using maple syrup from sustainable farming and organic production techniques.

Suited for foods that display bolder flavors, it is makes a perfect pairing for baked breads, ginger cookies and chocolate. In cocktails, pair with heavier spirits like aged bourbon or a smoky, peaty scotch.
